Djokovic Called Injury Not Relapse Again

MELBOURNE (Reuters) - Serbia's Novak Djokovic won a landslide victory against Spaniard Albert Ramos-Vinolas in the 32nd round of the 2018 Australian Open. However, there were big questions about Djokovic's fitness after the game.

In a match that eventually won Djokovic with the score 6-2, 6-3, and 6-3, the Serbian had time to call the doctor in the middle of the game. Many people believe that the recently recovered Djokovic injury has recurred.

In response to these questions, Djokovic also revealed the truth at a press conference. The former world number one explained that his condition was fine and his injuries did not recur.

There was a reason Djokovic called the doctor in the middle of the game by doing a medical timeout is just to check his condition. The nicknamed The Djoker judged that it was necessary, considering he had not played tennis for six months before this.

"It's fine. Nothing is bad. I know I want to use a medical timeout because I need it, but at the same time I know there is nothing seriously potentially prompting. Ask me if I can surprise it or not. "We have to consider it. I played a long game against Gael (Monfils) a few days ago. I mean, this does not happen too much in my career, so I might have some tension in the muscle or whatever, sort of a physical challenge, "continued the 30-year-old.

When playing against Gael Monfils, Djokovic is fighting fiercely along the four sets. In the first set, Djokovic lost 4-6. However, in the next set, the Serbs won 6-1, 6-1, and 6-3, respectively.

Meanwhile, Djokovic will melakoni match in the last 16 on Monday 22 January 2018 at 15:00 pm. Djokovik will face South Korean tennis player Chung Hyeon.
