why not buy dash or pivex which have all the features NOW and they are working! most of the features are comming in dash and pivx as well. cant see any mining pools for POW, Quantum Proof ! ; me thinks more quantum restance. There are some flaws in your logic I believe. Sure several of the features are already available but there are also several issues with both Crypto's mentioned for me its the block time and supply.
