Belated Happy Holidays (Merry Christmas Greetings for Christians) and a successful Year 2022 to everyone!
We are about to end the month of December and I am submitting this Month-End report to give way to the remaining days up to the first week of January for our Annual Milestone Recap.

We are currently in the hype of the Telos Foundation Board of Directors Election and the turn out of the votes is doing extremely well. To take part, see it here:

Facebook:
There has been a drastic change in the Community Growth Team as we have dissolved a certain project that was effective immediately this month the reason why there is a significant drop of the numbers in terms of activities in this Social channel. But I have to commend @BeeCeeBee and GeeGee for doing well in moderating the Telos Facebook Group Page.

This month, I just had almost the same number of impressions compared previously with 40.3K impressions from 40.4K impressions last November 2021. Not bad. At this point, we still haven't had our new project which is the Reddit Outreach Program.

My top tweet however is not about Telos but about the Miss Universe 2021 Pageant congratulating Miss Universe Philippines Beatrice landing on the Top 5 with 14.3K impressions. While Betty, my co-TF Board of Directors candidate is my Top Mention that gained 91 engagements.

We provide basic support to all community members. We have Tom Earhart to lead the community support team and he is solely manning the channel along with the other admins who can always drop by to help the community members.
I have created a schedule for them to hang out in the Telegram chat to talk to community members and address their concerns.

Given the fact that the Core Dev Jesse and TF Justin are still included in the Top 10 per week, this only proves that they really are helpful to all community members as well. Just like our beloved Telos Senior White-paper architect Douglas.

I believe that I need to be a good example to the awesome individuals I am leading.

I have always know this fact about myself that I am not a great leader but I am proud to share that I am a good Team-player. Consistent, responsible, trustworthy, independent and reliable. These are my best qualities. I always abide with Integrity and being transparent. I always seek approval to my immediate superior and help if ever I am caught up with something I don't know.

I would like to thank my former immediate superior Lliam as he has been awesome too. It has been great working with him and I find him super efficient hosting our LIVE broadcasts.
My year-end is a bang.

If your previous superiors don't believe in you, then they won't VOTE for you. At least he knows what my capabilities are. Best gift this year especially this job offer last October 15.

Year 2021 is definitely MY YEAR with Telos.

Sorry to everyone who have supported and believed in me, I lost the elections but not to worry, I will still be your voice and would strengthen the power of the Community Relations Department as the medium to gather the voice of the community members.

I may have lost but this will add fuel to the fire of being the best version of myself and work efficiently.
