Great post. My wife did her first campaign last month on teespring that failed. I wish I read your post before she did it. Advertising and promotion are the key. She did not do enough of that. Funny a 100 minimum for teesring does not seem like a large number but with let says a 1% conversion rate you would need to have 10,000 people see you design to get that number.
