I'm wondering what happens if and when IBM Watson is used to assist in an individual or business tax return that is flagged for audit?
Would this artificial intelligence "bot" take on an aspect of agency, if it it is found to contribute to falsifying tax records by tax authorities?
This line of questioning could also impact smart contracts in future.
Overall though, kudos to the Watson team!
There are many use cases where IBM Watson can help to eliminate tedious work that humans don't do well, e.g. legal discovery and there will be other use cases in futarchy (prediction markets and statistical modelling ).
