Hello , you can control your router and limit wifi speed limit for others its so easy to use :
1) Download selfishnet from this link : https://archive.org/download/SelfishnetWin7
2) run as adminestrator
3)now you can edit upload cap and download cap for each device connected to your router ,, this will make your internet faster if you have someone watching movies or porn all day long if you know what I mean
