Kim DotCom will soon launch Megaupload 2.0 with original user database intact from the first Megaupload. He plans to launch on January 2017 with 100gb of free storage per user. This will be another attempt to build an encrypted cloud storage with no censorship on his so called MegaNet platform.

I'm not sure how everyone else feels about MEGA in it's current form,
but IMO it's an absolute train-wreck.
Even compared to the the earliest versions/stages of the site's initial debut, this one has me running to my Android phone to host the file myself over FTP via my mobile carrier, heh.
I'm not touching another project of his with 40-foot pole.

As a past supporter and general fan of his works for a while
while he was just running multiple countries' government agencies
in circles trying to catch him on any and every charge they could BS.
He was one hell of an entertaining fellow to keep a constant tab on
for a few years there, hahaha.

I don't see why or how anyone could actually argue that SIA beats either storj or MAID in any meaningful ways.
