Samsung includes slow motion in its new Galaxy S9 cell phone
The Korean brand returns to innovate the image with lenses that simulate the human eye
Samsung intends with the camera compete for Apple's iPhone X. The largest mobile manufacturer in the world has once again attracted all the flashes on the day before the opening of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) by showing its new flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S9, and its older brother, the S9 +. both with a continuist design with respect to their predecessors, but unquestionably improving the cameras, capable of recording in slow motion and adapting to light like the human eye.
The Korean company, preferred by the world market with a share of 20.9%, has put all its strength in the renovation of its flagship terminal in the optimization of cameras, which it says has incorporated artificial intelligence techniques. He wants to respond to a world where communication is becoming more and more visual. And, according to data from Samsung, in 2017 smartphone users took 1.2 billion photos worldwide, shared 5,000 million emojis and another 1,000 million GIFS daily.
Hence, Samsung officials stressed that the Samsung S9 camera has been converted from "a simple camera to be a content generator", thanks to several new properties that have been incorporated into the terminal. For example, its Super Slow Motion technology allows you to record video in a super-slow motion, reaching 960 frames per second, something that until now only Sony has achieved. In addition, you can achieve it both automatically (when the mobile detects movement) or manually when the user decides to activate it voluntarily.
