As we head into a bright and positive 2019, let’s take a look back at some of our favorite accomplishments from the past year.

Computer Monitoring
It was a big year in the world of FlexiSPY for Computers with updates being made to both PC and Mac capabilities. Our biggest accomplishment? We now support macOS High Sierra – the popular operating system from Mac!As technology continues to advance and the world becomes more connected, we know the importance of staying secure and ensuring every computer is protected.It’s for this reason that we added Microsoft Outlook 365 to our long list of supported webmail monitoring platforms and why our Opera browser capabilities were improved. More and more companies are looking to cut costs by installing Webmail 365 rather than the more traditional Outlook desktop version. This can lead to increased vulnerability to online threats or hacks, which is why FlexiSPY knew it was time to step up our security. Web-mail capturing was also one of the additions to our Opera browser monitoring feature, along with App Screenshot and URL capturing.
Phone Monitoring
Just like our computer monitoring software, FlexiSPY made improvements to both our Android and iPhone monitoring software in 2018. iPhone users were excited to learn that Skype tracking for iPhone now captures stickers which have swiftly become a key player in online communication.Android users had an exciting year too, as FlexiSPY for Android got some major upgrades. Firstly, we added the Application Screenshot for Android feature so that customers can have a birds-eye view of what is happening on their device.Next we upgraded VoIP call recording with better call recording quality and a wider range of supported OS and applications before launching the year’s Holy Grail – the support of Android OS 8.1!
Customer Experience
In addition to our growing list of monitoring software features, FlexiSPY is also driven to provide a 360-degree customer experience. This means giving YOU the latest product updates, tutorials and industry insight, as well as staying connected on social media and through our customer service platforms.We offer support for our customers from the second they first visit our website. For those looking to buy their first FlexiSPY subscription, we wrote a new blog comparing your options to help you select the right product. Once you’ve decided on the best monitoring software for you, this updated Quick Start Guide video gives you step by step instructions on how to use FlexiSPY.
