Is there really a way to get Amazon Tech a lot cheaper? There is, if you don't mind buying another person's returned Technology that is.
I recently stumbled across a way to buy returned items from Amazon and it amazed me how much cheaper you can get these goods for. Instead of paying for the whole retail price Amazon will box up huge boxes full of returns and auction them off on a Liquidation site called https://www.liquidation.com.
The reason why Amazon is able to do is that most returns Technology Manufacturers don't want it anymore after it has been returned. For example, a college professor I had designed Beats Headphones when they were first in production and said that they cost $8.00 in materials to manufacture. The low cost of manufacturing these products and a high cost ship them around the world make it ineffective for Amazon to send them back to Beats and have them refurbished.
In these Amazon boxes there are name brand things like HP, Dell, Microsoft, Sony, and many other big Technology companies. They have bundles with Video Game systems that feature lots with Xbox One Xs, Nintendo Switches, and Sony Playstation 4s.
Now the tech can be messed or non-functioning, so not all the returns will be in pristine condition, but there are auctions that go for $800 containing $2500 worth of returned tech, which you can either resell later, or you can keep and use for yourself.
I found about this whole thing from a YouTuber named randomfrankp who bought an Amazon Liquidation return and made a video about the kinds of things he received:
