Websites have been capturing and storing browsing behaviour for a long time, and we see it all over included in adverts where relevant ads are shown related to subjects we have searched for before. Everything related to your external IP is logged, web pages viewed, pictures viewed, e-mails sent - it can all be reviewed if needed.
