Great post! Thanks for sharing this. I am a huge fan of Google Docs. I try to use it as much as I can. I have been trying to get my end users to switch to it fully for a couple of years now. I do pretty much 95% of my stuff in Google Docs so that I can lead by example. Open Office is another good open source solution if you are looking for the actual program to install.
