Not to mention the battery problem Note 8 is completed, Galaxy S8 users complained about his own smartphone that is on its own even though not touched. Although not so interfere with the performance of smartphones, the activity would cause battery depletion.

Reported by Okezone page from SamMobile, Wednesday (3/1), many users who reported the problem through the official community of Samsung and Reddit. They also posted a video showing the Galaxy S8 problem.

At first this problem only happens Note 8, but it seems similar problems also experienced by Galaxy S8 and S8 + users. The self-lit screen and battery drain appear when the user turns off the screen via the power button, or screen timeout.

At that point, the screen returns lit with a locked view for approximately 10 seconds or more. Then the screen turns off, and so on.

It certainly makes the battery power drained though not much direct. Users who wear Samsung's dlip cover also experience similar problems, even though the screen is covered with the cover.

Some users claim to have reset the factory, reboot, and clear the cache to solve the problem. Unfortunately, that action is not a solution either.

Not yet known what obstacles that caused the problem. Samsung also has not commented on the problems that its flagship users complained about.
