Of course not, those are SBD not STEEM, you can't transfer your SBD to poloniex as far as I'm aware, you could maybe ask for them back but they're not obligated to convert it to STEEM for you.

Next time make sure you sell your SBD for STEEM before you transfer, this is all on you.

Edit: Corrected myself! Sorry about that, had no idea they accepted SBD.

    Oh wow, my bad, I hadn't realised, sorry about that, that's very weird, in that case yes, contact support and get them to do something :S
