Tech Roles (Part 1)

Tech companies are now the coolest place to work in and they ranked the top list places to work worldwide. Tech is an industry and there are many opportunities for professional with non technology background to add real value to business.
Today I'll be talking about non technical roles that do not require coding or programming skills. This is important to guide you to begin your tech career.

  1. Product manager:
    Technology product managers are responsible for the planning, development and installation of new technology (feature upgrade, product version release) within the business. This role provides the chance to work across different industries.

  2. Technical Sales Representative: Roles in technical sales involves providing advice to customer before and after sales. They focused on outreach, prospecting and lead qualification. The role is diverse as it involves dealing with customers and their requirements.

  3. Content Management/Technical writer:
    This role involves writing and deploying blog post and working with designer to create stories and infographics about a product with the target audience for the aim of marketing and advertising.

  4. Social media strategist
    This role oversee producing new content for their company social media platforms, consistently innovating to push new ideas and plans and measuring how well those ideas perform.

  5. UX design
    This role is concerned with the entire process of a products development, including aspects of design, usability, functions, branding and marketing. As a UX designer you make product and technology usable, enjoyable and accessible for humans.
