I find myself more interested in iPad Pro. The traditional laptop form factor is pretty unusable for me now. I know a lot of people still prefer it, so it's a personal thing. They are bringing a lot of new features from Windows 10 to iOS to make it more PC-like. Of course, Windows 2-in-1s like Surface Pro or HP Spectre X2 are far more capable than iPad Pro.
Windows 2-in-1s come with real keyboards. The Surface Pro is in my opinion better than the low-travel MacBook Pro keyboard, in fact. iPad Pro is not as good though, which is why I say Windows 2-in-1s are the way to go.
