Teaser: Upcoming "20 questions" interview focuses on how Steemit can grow as an online community!

Richard Millington knows a thing or two about building a strong online community.

Richard is the founder of FeverBee: A company that provides consultancy, training, and technology to help companies grow and strengthen their communities. He has spent the past decade helping more than 250 companies build some of the world's largest online communities, and he has delivered keynote speeches in a variety of countries throughout the world.

@kevinwong originally approached me with the idea of reaching out to Richard. Earlier this year, he wrote about the importance of identifying what makes the Steem blockchain unique when it comes to building communities.

In tomorrow's "20 questions" interview, I ask Richard:

How has social media impacted communication within communities?
How should a community deal with an individual who brings a toxic attitude to the group?
How can monetary incentives (such as those offered within Steemit) affect community building?

Richard even went further by outlining 4 steps Steemit can immediately take to successfully expand as an online community.
