A parody of the second verse of "Onward, Christian Soldiers":
Like a mighty turtle moves the church of God.
Brothers, we are treading where we've always trod.
We are much divided, many bodies we,
Strong in faith and doctrine, weak in charity.
As a born again believer, what will you do when you can noticed that the church you plug into becomes dry and powerless?
. Will you just become an audience?
. Will you just be a critic and be a gossiper?
. Will you leave the church and look for another church?
I choose none of those. First, I have no choice, I have to go where my husband goes. And I think my husband will grow old in his church. It is where he met the savior of his life, the Lord Jesus Christ. I haven't seen a man who was radically transformed until I met my husband.
Just like the story of Abraham and Lot in the Bible. God was searching even just a few who is faithful to Him.
Just enough that my son was 6 months old and he can be in the walker already, I joined with a Nigerian couple who never swivel in their faith. They stand firm. This two are the only people who stayed in the intercessory prayer.
I cannot forget when we started praying to God to send us a pastor in the church. He then answered our prayer.
And then when we started speaking to the instruments in the church to have an anointed player on its own.....
"oh God! Oh God! Raise up an anointed worship team in this church" , that was the cry of our hearts.
Pray without ceasing. Pray in season or without season. Pray when time is good. Pray when time is bad. Pray, pray, pray......
PRAYER IS THE ONLY KEY. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and rulers of the darkness of this age!...
And the long drought is over!
