As an introvert, I understand that teamwork is really important, but only because I find it difficult sometimes to do many things on my own. I have to leave my comfort zone and allow myself to team up with people who understand that it is vital to contribute equally to a project... I find that, that is the hardest thing to do because as a person who is overly calculative and loves perfection, I find it hard for inequality in terms of work division.

This is a problem I am slowly overcoming because being in University teaches us to use teamwork to its full potential because once you in the working world, you cannot run a company entirely by yourself...
