Yesterday I did as busy at home looking after my husband who has a bad ankle and had to bed rest most of the day. I was walking upstairs downstairs many times, plenty of exercise! I still managed to fit in my 100 sqauts. In fact I actually forgot to do my second set of 50 till before bedtime. Luckily I can manage them without too much effort now.
We're 2/3 into our #squatschallenge. Squat by squat, we'll get there!
