This morning I did 50 squats before I went out for the day. Going forward my aim is to do at least 50 squats in the morning giving me enough time to recover during the day, to finish off and hopefully over achieve my target.
I did another 50 squats when I got home, and before I went to bed I wanted to give it another little push. I ended up doing 25 more sqauts before I felt my knees getting a bit tired. All in all I did 125 squats and called it a day.
