PLURC Series Part 5 - Community

By its definition taken from merriam-webster.com it is as follows:
An interacting population of various kinds of individuals in a common location.

From my own personal days of self-discovery (an experience the continues everyday), I found myself in books and music, the music genre was trance along with others, but the genre stood out, and I identified with it. With the “rave generation” PLUR was a concept that stuck with me until this day. As those the people that live with these values, are still my friends now turned family, and in essence, is that not community?

Coming together to a place, to share the music and uplift each other and reach up and touch the sky, holding hands with strangers to and becoming buddies by the end of the night, until we meet again at the next event... that to me is community.

Strangers that are friends when the music plays.
On Steemit, we may all be strangers, but here the music doesn’t stop, we have more ways or expressing ourselves and the block chain will always remember it.

At the end of the party, as you leave the building with the sunrise in view, you can’t wait to do it all over again, and on Steemit, you can, you can see those friends, it has become something that is now a part of our everyday...

Seeing posts by the people that we follow, following them and being followed by them, having their input and us giving them ours...

This is what PLUR has evolved to- straight up PLURC...

This is our house. This is our community – we are are all a part of it.
