DAY 1.....Lessgo!

Today is Day 1 of my new training block.

This mornings training was...

DRILLS

3x10 Hollow body rocks

3x15-20 Clam shells

3x hopscotch

3x20 alt leg pull

3x 10m angled bounding

Total time spent on drills was about 10-20mins

TRAINING

10x100m sprints with 2mins rest between sets


COOL DOWN

1min Down Dog

1min Up Dog

1min pigeon

1min bow pull


All in all my AM session wasn't to bad. Getting up at 0430 to hit the gym at 0500 will all be worth it in the long run, Do the hard yards now for you later life.
