Prayer before we speak rude words/ 说坏话前的祷告。

It's been a while I prayed using this when I was thought at Sunday school.
Today I sincerely pray for those who speak and hurt people, please calm down whenever you are angry. We know when anger arise nothing come out of the mouth is nice. We all get angry but hurting by words is the most painful than a knife stick to your hand.

Dear Jesus,
I said something rude to make .....(who yoi said) sad , I regreted saying it.
I feel sorry even though he/she is not saying anything.
Instead he/she prayed to god to hold my tongue, he/she want me to thimk before speaking incase I hurt other people with my words.
I am sorry dear Jesus.
Please teach me not to speak rude words again.

这是向那些说话太直接的人而祷告的。
我知但一个人生气，往往嘴里说的都是无心的话。但就是因为这样人与人之间感情就有裂痕了。以下就是为他/她而祷告的内容。这是我小时主日学教的。

亲爱的主耶稣，
今天我说了让... 难过的话。
说了后，我感到后悔了。
但他/她没责备我，还为我求上帝掌管我的舌，
要我以后说话前先安静默想，
不要说太快会伤害了别人。
主耶稣对不起，
求您教导我，让我不在说坏话，
谢谢你崔听我的祷告。
