Hello everyone,
Lets talk about train hard. Everyone must have their own goal related to fitness and doesn't matter what kind of sports you're involved. Either as a football player, badminton or anything you name it and some might into martial arts as well. By involve in all of these, some might take a big step by joining a tournament. If you're planning to do so, ask yourself did you train hard and aiming to win? Everyone did but who really put more efforts into it. Same like other goal like you wanna lose weight, did you exercise regularly and if you did, do you really push yourself to the limit? That's the main point I want to discuss in this entry.
There's so many people who only focus on being famous and get recognition easily. You won't ever succeed if you're doing that and end up with the failure and quit. There's a slogan "be a champion but training like a loser". It means you need to keep it up and working hard. If you're comfortable with what you currently are, you're not good enough.
You want something, just show up and train. Even there's nothing, just show up and train as well. It's your lifestyle and determination towards it. If you're weak, you become better. If you're good, you become more better. Even if you're better, there's always someone will step up and take your place. So do not ever feel comfortable and keep going.
Hope this entry will motivate people a little bit and of course it's to remind myself as well to keep working hard. Finally I have something usefup to write in my entry. Till the next entry, see ya!
