having a high of burning the midnight oil on a Ferrari speed of 250km/hr and then a crash and burn the next by spending the next 2 weeks in bed.
On the breathing exercise (i neglected for years).. can't recall where i learnt this.. inhale count to 5 , hold 5, exhale 10 and on exhale, with vocal cords hum where you can hear the humming in one's ears and the vibration spreads throughout one's body like a cat purring... Supposed to rejuvenate every cell in one's body? Frankly i can't remember its benefits. :(
