In our first session, everyone who came with an open heart allowed us to create a space where it’s okay to be vulnerable and speak the truth.

When everybody revisited their past and shared a story filled with deep emotion, their heartfelt message inspired me and touched my heart. I felt privileged to be granted the trust.

We learn that the art of storytelling is not a competition to tell the best story.

When we share our truths with kindness and generosity, it is the most powerful tool that we have.

Why women empowerment?

Research shows that nearly 50% of men think women are well-represented in leadership in companies where only one in ten senior leaders is a woman.

Starting from our homes, women are doing remarkable jobs that are often underrated. The time has changed, we could change this.

Through stories, we hope to deliver the message to all women that there is no limit to what they are capable of doing, whether at home or at work. We would like to share our experiences and hear your personal story that embodies the message.

What’s the agenda?

Our second session will be held at WORQ on 7th Feb (Wed) 7.30pm-10pm.

7.30 - 8.00 pm Ice breaking/Network

Why should you come?

‘Haus of Stories’ is a community established to promote story as a tool to connect, inspire and empower.

Story is about a character overcoming challenges to achieve a goal, represented in a plot consists of beginning, rising action, climax, and resolve.

We believe that stories matter because:

  • Stories carry ideas that change the world
Everything around us, no matter how big or small, starts with an idea conceived in a person’s head.

  • Story inspire changes
As an audience, we indulge in the wonderment of a passionate pursuit, inspired to accomplish something bigger than ourselves.

  • Stories connect and empower people
No voice is too small to be heard. Our story could empower another person on a similar path.

With this community, we wish to achieve these goals:

  • to empower individual to take ownership in creating their life stories

  • to promote storytelling as a tool to inspire movement and change in organizations

  • to build a platform and community where people embrace diversities and support each other through sharing authentic stories

We hope you could become part of our journey to make an impact by unfolding stories that were never told before.
