Every morning my breakfast will always be as simple as possible. Just egg π³π₯, breadπ, oat, abit of noodleπ, and coffee/tea βπ΅. So once a week either Sat/Sun will have heavy breakfast.
This morning I brought my family to have Sarawakian food for breakfast ππ. I ordered the 'laksa' spicy noodle π²π which always being my favourite food but difficult to find good one. This one was not bad at all.
My wife ordered the Kampua noodle π. The taste was not very good. There are other places that taste way better. Many people can't differentiate between _Sarawakian 'kolomee' _ and 'kampua'. While 'Kolomee' use onion oil π§ π§ , 'Kampua' use pork oil π·π·. And 'Kampua' recipe is from Sarawakian Chinese Fu Zhou and from town of Sibu.
To add something special, we ordered Fu Zhou 'Kompia' πππ Its fried bread stuffed with pork meat and sauce πππ·. My daughter love it ππ.
And of cause all the food must pair with hot coffee / milk tea. These one came just perfectly blend. βπ΅πππ You can see from the color.
