Healing Pool

Visiting Brickfield, Little India and I remember the healing pool in New Delhi.

When we enter Ishana we get good vibes. This is created by the Healing pool and the ellipsoid.

What is Healing Pool?

~ The healing pool is an energized pool of water, also called the "Teerthkund"
~ The healing pool removes blockages in our energy channels. You will feel energized and more grounded.

How to use the Healing pool
~ To imbibe the energy of the healing pool one must sit in silence with hands and feet dipped in the water for at least 7-12 minutes. The energy flows into your body through the hands and feet when immersed in the water. The floor of the pool is made up of copper and has round protrusions, which stimulates our organs through the pressure points on our feet. (Cooper include energy as well).
~ The whole experiences will energize you. One can also ring the bells on the ceiling, which are symbolic of a temple.
~ They do not encourage people to walk in the pool. No water should splash out.
