I"m not big with putting up pictures on walls however I guess there is always a first time.
Finally got pictures of me and the family up on one of my walls ... In one of those picture was a bandmate named Adrian Marshall . A brilliant guitarist and one of the best which i"ve ever had the chance to ply with.
He was a man which was very jolly and fun to hang around with. When he plays the guitar .. Its easily known that his biggest influence was Jimmy Hendrix. When the guitar gods came to Malaysia for the first time in for G3 even the papers got Adrian to personally interview Steve Vai and Joe Satriani.
Adrian never talked much about his family and personal stuff as his passion was only music. Little did I know until way later was he was actually suffering from the inside emotionally. The saddest story was that He actually came home one day and found his father commited suicide by hanging himself .
Years later after the band broke up , he went to australia to further his studies in music. One day I received a call from a friend who was our drummer and told me that Adrian was found dead in his appartment in Australia. I never did get to know what actually transpired but just days before i received the call ... Adrian had written on all the social media thanking people and acknowledging his friends. I was one of them as well.
Don"t take your friends for granted ... They may be very cheerful on the outside however they could only be doing it just to cover the hurt deep inside. Stsy true to your friends and always be there even if its just to lend them your ears to listen .
Cheers and have a blessed weekend.

Where was that taken?
One of the studio 😁😁😁
I am not a big fan of putting photos on the wall, but find them nice. They keep all the memories alive. I enjoy watching photos when I enter a house and see their childhoods photos. Amazing how the time passes very fast and how things change :)
Sorry for your loss @bitrocker2020. It must be painful for you. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
And I love the message that you convey here. We don't need to look far.. take a look at ourselves 1st. Are we suffering emotionally? What are the things that we regret and never forget? What is it that gives us such pain in the heart when we are reminded of it? We need to settle ourselves 1st. When we are full of joy, love and calmness... only then we are able to help other people. Help ourselves 1st. This is what people disregarded. Including me myself. This is one thing I learn from self-love. Self-Love will halt suicidal cases

People who are going through depression will not want others to know that, hence, they put up a jolly face. Some might not even know that they have the issue, until it is too late.
I am lucky that I knew it, acknowledged it and dealt with it.
