Since there is no doubt that you will make it to day 21, pls allow me to note that now is the time to start thinking where is your safe ground to be with your future diet. Any thoughts on what you want to stay away from and what you want to include more often ?

I think I'm going to vastly reduce my gluten intake, and sugar. I think those are the main 2 things to avoid
