You will be able to see who you're voting on using steemd.com. I'd check that and see what's happening.
streemian is again not working mate. it's fucking pissing me off.
In all honesty, I stopped it a while ago cos I found it to be too unreliable. Steemvoter is much better but you have to go through and manually add people to set it up.
