I am hoping he is a rogue agent, acting undercover and independently, so as not to jeopardize his Canadian citizenship. I am trying to work out a deal exchanging no wait health care services for his independent contractor services. I may even get bold and ask for some Tim Hortons thrown in to seal the deal.
