I don't know. @mattclarke is a bit of a champion rallier of Radelaidians and Brisbane does seem a bit half arsed at most things. It will take some effort to knock him off the top spot.
It's true... he's bribing them with presents and Steem love... you might need to break out the XXXX to get Brisbane bodies moving. Still, if any girl can...

Brisbane rocks. It's our second home being from North QLD (Townsville). It's like being able to have a quick visit to a big city then after a few days realise it's too hectic and then going back home to our smaller more homely mini-city.
