If you take a pure break down of the words Ab-original and In-digenous, it looks like these words are very different in meaning in respect of property ownership than most people would like acknowledge.
"Ab" means away from. "Original" in terms of property means first possession. So identifying as "Aboriginal" means you are saying you don't have a primary claim of possession to the property.
Also "In" means not or none. "Digenous" means reproducible or in terms of property to be capable of having successors or heirs. So saying you are Indigenous, means that you have no heirs to property.
In other words, you have an inferior claim to property and you're not a successor and also you will have no successors after.
Worse still, "native" derives from the old english "Nativus" meaning one born into a condition of servitude. So what do you imagine all that says about "Native title"? Even the words "traditional owners" means the claim to property isn't current, in other words has no currency or no substance anymore.
