Need some help, App makers could make some good $ for the right product.

So, we need a website and an app made for a local tourism venture for viplocalapp.com .

What we want is a starting point for a local tour company based in Far North Queensland Australia, but one that is able to diversify as opportunity arise's to expand our brand globally with several of our associated domain names that all fall under the banner of viplocal X .com such as dining, bars, stay, tours, maps, etc.

Our first target is the Local Cairns/Port Douglas/Daintree/ Reef/Island daytrip region, with a strong focus on the Japanese and Chinese local tourism market as we have a great knowledge and associated language skills within that existing market already along with long standing relative commercial tourism contacts that already exist within that market.

Our aim is to capitalize on our existing marketplace contacts and also to extend our market directly into Japan locally with the use of our viplocalapp through our existing local online contacts in that area and then network beyond into Korea and China while growing our local tourism clientèle as the best type of advertising is always word of mouth.

Our goal is to provide a high end, very small group, quality experience of the local environment, catered to with a personal agenda for each client, which is never available to those who choose to travel with the major tour company's and the resultant herd treatment of their customers.

At the same time we want to be able to expand our brand over time as well, not all at once, nor even in the same year even. But we want to lay down the steps for our app to evolve into each area as we choose to do so step by step.

We are looking for an individual or group who are wiling to advise and guide us on the best way forward towards achieving our aims and goals, while also being flexible on what we want to achieve as well.

What do we want ?

We want a VIPlocalapp, for Cairns and Port Douglas to start with. Bars, Restaurants, Nightlife, Maps, Tourist Hotspots, of transport options, any and anything you could find or wonder about in that particular part of the great country of Australia.
Weather, history, local attractions, time to travel from A to B, average cost of X or Y, Public transport prices and times, the best place to purchase Alcohol, toilet paper, medical care, crocodiles, stingers, safe swimming spots, accommodation, any and everything searchable and findable from Art and Culture to local History and current news, best fishing spots and local stores to places to avoid. Local attractions/events calendars at that point in time you are searching and those that might be happening soon.

And we want it all translatable as well, into Japanese, Chinese and Korean to start with, as well as reversible for English. And we want our users to be able to rate their experiences as well based upon what they have actually experienced on their travels with us as a company and the products/ other company's they have used as recommended by us as well.

We can pay in Cash, Crypto, your choice. But we would like also to form a relationship with the people/person we use going forward, as we see this as more of a partnership over time than a one off job , so we are looking for I guess an actual team member that would be amenable to sacrificing an upfront huge cash injection (although paid their worth of course as the job progress') for an eventual share in the outcome of the company as things move forward over time if amenable.

Basically someone who cares about what they are creating and is not going to piss off and leave us in the lurch. We will and can pay upfront, but we want someone who is willing to actually commit and cares about what they are creating.

We know very little about creating app's and websites etc, but we know a lot about providing a great experience for Tourists here, so Ideally we will find someone in between who can meet us halfway, for the right price and the right motivation as well.
