I've been using Zorin OS for the last 6 months and find that it works really well and is a really simple transition from Windows. You can also buy brand new top spec laptops with there software already installed and ready to go. I used to run my own IT business selling out to Microsoft and have now got used to the Linux love and am now starting a new business doing the opposite. :)
