Titanium Blockchain Infrastructure Services is subject to a receivership order entered by the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The receivership order was part of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) issued in connection with an action filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Titanium has cooperated with, and fully intends to continue cooperating with the SEC’s investigation in accordance with the terms of the TRO. As is often the case, a receiver was appointed in this matter (Case No. 18-4315 DSF (JPRx)). Titanium’s receiver has just begun his efforts to identify assets of the company. He will work closely with the SEC and TBIS to achieve the best possible outcome for Titanium’s community of token holders, employees, and associates.

I think the words "Shock-Proof" should be taken off the Titanium banner :) Now I have BAR and TBAR that are worth almost nothing. At least the loss can be used against any profits I make, if the overall market turns around. ICO's have been such a mixed bag for me, they either do really well or end up like this. Think I'll stick to more established coins from now on. I didn't trust Michael Stollaire at fist, should of stuck with that gut instinct.
I remember the videos Michael made after the „theft“ of the original BARs he was telling people that whoever did that would be chased down by him and should never, ever have a beautiful life again. He wanted to use all of his „influence“ to make life a hell for that person.
Well it’s seems that it is time that life gets hell for himself.
He does not even comment himself I any media, what can you expect?
Whatever happens now, guilty or not, he should pack his things and leave crypto. If there is any product left after all, which I doubt, I do net believe it will be a success.

Not at all dear sweetie. My point was that we need to make up our minds. We can't say we don't want the government in our lives at all. Then when people like Stollaire come along and scam us, we now want the government in our lives. In addition to that, going to twitter, telegram, facebook, steemit, medium, youtube, etc screaming and ranting won't give you back your money. Am I right? But if you do it to feel good, then I understand. Don't get mad at me, "murdercash". I don't have your money. Don't start this redirection of anger.

As much as it pains me to kick someone when they've fallen down, I am glad karma kicked in for this crypto. I bought BAR not knowing it was abandoned by Titanium but still for sale on HitBTC. I wrote Titanium several times asking to be included in the TBAR swap and they never responded. I will be contacting the SEC to add my name to the list of complaints. I know there are others who got burned by the BAR/TBAR fiasco. Please contact me if you would like to form a group.

I think it is fair to say no more ICO. I personally do not plan on participating in anymore any longer. I legit believe this guy knew what he was doing.
