First let me say that building is an example of some nice and creative architecture!
Second, how the casinos fund the enclave reminds me here how the Native Americans have been able to finally get some rewards by going into the casino business strangely enough.
Thirdly, I never tried to be too aggressive in my tax strategies. I (perhaps foolishly) concentrated more on the top line. To my mind, I like to sleep well and night and our IRS is not to be trifled with. After all remember thats how they got Al Capone!

Yes the architecture of Mario Botta is amazing although I can't say that it always fits in with its environment. Tax planning not tax evasion. In any case you seem to have done very well for yourself!
