This was an absolutely fascinating read @kus-knee and you're blessed to live in such a place, wow! It is what it is I'm afraid, the more you earn, the more you pay, unless you're living in this fabulous money saving enclave amongst places, but I bet there's a waiting list to get to never, never land?
