A complete joy ride for an Eggetarian 😊
The restaurant EggMania is in New Jersey - Oak Tree Road.
Oak Tree road is know for Indian Restaurant and a thick crowded place for shopping and munching.
I was here few days back to taste the Egg side of New Jersey.
The restaurant is a real gem for all who love egg.
So many items are derived from egg.
Here are some which I tasted
Masala Papad
Regular Papad topped with onions tomatoes and butter. The restaurant also has an option of shredded egg white

The white toppings are butter spills.
Warning: make sure you ask the restaurant not to add chilli powder which is very spicy 😉
Maniac Curry
The gravy is of mainly tomatoes which will immerse with the egg white shredded and special masala
Spicy too
Egg Sandwiches
Layered bread stuffed with boiled egg and Indian veggies (Onions, tomatoes Green peppers cilantro)

Tandoori Roti
Roti cooked and toasted with butter. Best match is to have curry

I choose this restaurant as my weekly choice.
Best place for every eggetarian
