♥Follow Kanix For Chicken Clay Pot 超惹味雞煲(◍ ´꒳` ◍)一定要留肚吃糖水！

It's sooooo tired after work~ Let's reward myself with some great food!
We heard "Yo Hay" restaurant is famous for its chicken clay pot, so we decided to try it!
We order a combo "Seafood and Chicken Clay Pot for 2" and the pot comes first!

放工後身心俱疲，真的要吃點「好西」來奬勵一下自己！
聞說位於太子的有囍的雞煲好正，
作為「雞精」的我們，當然不能錯過！
我們點了個「超值海鮮‧雞煲二人套餐」
一來便是上滋味豬肚雞煲！

The sauce is so strong, chicken is tender and juicy inside, really a perfect match with the sauce!!!

雞煲的醬汁非常濃郁美味，
雞件大大件，十分有肉地！
雞肉也很軟嫩～沾滿了醬汁的雞肉超好吃！

There are many pig bags in the pot.
The texture is quite squishy soft, nice~!

而且裡面的豬肚的份量也絕對不能開玩笑！
不但多而且也很腍，非常惹味！

Many oysters in the Oyster Porridge~
Oysters are puffy and tasty
The porridge is sweet, great to neutralize the strong taste of the pot

馳名蠔仔粥超多蠔仔，
蠔仔漲卜卜，而且不會有沙。
粥很甜，剛好能中和豬肚雞煲的濃味。

Fried Seasonal Vegetable
It's fresh and tender~

清炒時蔬的菜不老，
咬下去不會有渣，
口味也較為清，似乎是為了下一道菜做準備（笑）

Last dish is Steamed Seafood!
There are 2 big scallops, abalones and shrimps~
So much rice noodles on the scallops!
The big abalone is so fresh and yummy with the peel!
Shrimps are nice too, definitely not frozen shrimps~

最後一道菜就是籠仔荷葉蒸海鮮！
裡面有2大隻扇貝、果皮蒸鮑魚及大蝦～
扇貝上有超多粉絲！！！
大大隻鮑魚很爽口，加上果皮絲後有一種「古早味」，不錯不錯！
蝦也很鮮味，絕對不是雪藏蝦那種！

Last but not least, the Sweet Potato Dessert surprised us!
The sweet potato is sweet but not too much, just fit~
My boyfriend likes this one too!

最後的甜品也讓我們很驚喜！
那是紫心蕃薯糖水～
蕃薯很甜很好吃！！！！
但糖水卻不會過甜，配搭起來非常好味～
男友也說這糖水真的出乎意料之外好喝呢！
