this is the ingredients to make the tempe chili sauce
3-4 servings
2/3 tempe board, cut into dice
1/3 ounce fish, wash, drain
0/1 ounces red curly pepper
7 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
6 red chili peppers (optional)
12 pieces of green chili, sliced iris
1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 eyes of tamarind
3 cm kencur
Sufficient sugar and salt
Oil for frying and sauteing.
Heat the oil. Fried tempeh and anchovy until it runs out. Lift and drain.
Blend red pepper, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic and kencur.
