The Aftermath of Storm Urduja in Tinago Falls in Biliran Leyte, Philippines

This is what Tinago falls looks like before the storm Urduja hit Leyte last December 16,2017.

Tinago Falls is the most popular waterfall among the more than 2 dozens of waterfalls in the province. The falls offers a breathtaking spectacle of water and rock surrounded by the vast forests and green vegetation. The tourists will surely enjoy this paradise that showcases the natural beauty of the province.

The word "tinago" actually means hidden in English. The name became ironic when the waterfall became more accessible to people when the Naval-Caibiran Cross Country Road was constructed.

This is what Tinago Falls look like after the storm.

I just feel sad looking at this image....
