If yes, can we conclude the people monitoring social media are listening & updating the terrorist attacks, to meet our high expectations? If the people monitoring the internet are GCHQ, & suchlike, does this mean that there is more chance of the government BEING the terrirists, than, some old dude with a gun strapped to his beard, with superspeed broadband, hacking in from a cave?
