I love the concept of this show. There was another show they tried, (i dont have cable so im not sure if it is still on) where they had families try and escape from the FBI. And with the same concept whoever could run and not be found the longest was the winner.
I would like to see an episode of the one you mentioned. It's possible to learn a trick or two watching these types of shows. Thanks for your support and input.
I Agree. Only seen the first season so far - very much enjoyed. I find it interesting to seethat one's psychological well being directly played a major role in one's over all well being. It's interesting to see how the dark corners of one's own mind come up....that's what i noticed in season 1 - dude who won was the most grounded within himself. A lot of the other competitors shifted too quickly into a sort of depression and suppression....anywho - Great Post!

You are right on. Mental toughness is something that a lot of people either aren't aware of or underestimate its power. This inspires me to do a future post. Thanks for your input, upvote and resteem!

I agree! I am on Season 4 Episode 2 right now.
Alone is one of my favorite TV shows.
I've actually learned from the contestants and they've given me the curiosity to learn more about foraging.
It's one of my favorites also @goldendawne. I like to see them forage. There's so much to learn while being entertained. Thanks for your input and support!
