Surfing in spite of being an extreme sport, helps to recharge us with good vibes, because we connect with the energy of the sea that helps to heal, that is why the saying "in the sea, life is more tasty".
I am a thinker that the sea, the sand and everything that complements the beach, attracts healthy benefits and when combined with a little sport you benefit us in an extraordinary way.
During the times of enjoyment that are spent on the beach, you can organize a perfect day organizing them in period of time. You have to be creative when choosing and implementing activities, but certainly you must practice surfing and return that magical moment, to turn it into a pleasant moment and fill us with good vibes.
To learn about this sport it is good to collect information from several guides or people who have surfed, so that you enter the water with a bit of notion of how to grab a wave or do tricks, but before that you have to know how to catch the waves and slide feeling the adrenaline of speed.
For the particular surfing for many people is life, it would be good to try it once in your life and be part of what it feels like to do it.
We have to discover other activities that we have never done, so as not to judge either the sport or the people who practice it. You have to be happy and always, think big.
