Sounds like a pretty good formula. This is a bit curios, when you examine that back-label, it say's:

Niacin (as inositol hexanicotinate)........................30mg
and then
Inositol (as inositol hexanicotinate)......................12mg

Just a weird detail... But I wonder why?
