Finding your missing peace isn't digging through old photos and late 90's mix tapes.
Finding your missing peace isn't shouting your insecurities, pretending you have accepted who you truly are.
People adapt to an ever shaping society, pretending to be molded by some higher being that they found on the back of a coffee box, while effortlessly wasting their day with false gratification.
Finding your missing peace isn't confronting those who broke open your skin through busted knuckles and glistening eyes.
Shaking hands with your enemy is harder than a shiner to the left cheek.
Finding your missing peace isn't bought by money, worldly possessions will evaporate as if they were morning dew, serving a purpose
but not to last for an eternity.
You find your peace when you're down on your knees,
Crying your existence over a lost loved one, but merely comforted by the fact they no longer ache.
You find your missing piece in the mist of your wrong doings, knowing the person who you once were is no longer existent.
You find your missing peace when everything could go wrong but simply remains,
Constant.
