So true. And we also chronically forget what is actually important. A lot of people don't realize it's often (not always, trust me, I know) a question of priorities, and a decision to put first things first.

Hahah this is so weird! I like finding like-minded people! :D I remember one period of my (short) life when I actually discovered the true meaning behind priorites. I remember say it to my family and my siblings making fun of me because i was constantly talking about priorites and how much importance they hold. Every day you choose something over something else. The hard part is when you realize you prioritized something that is not as important as you thought...

If you get your priorities right (or at least mostly right), you get everything right. So.. getting one's priorities right should be the first priority.. right? :)

Even though, recently I have been trying to see other people needs as well. A thought of becoming so self-absorbed, egocentric and essentially empty makes me cringe :/
